Four Rivers Law Firm Brings On New Partner


Marshall Berner has been added on as a partner of Four Rivers Law Firm. 

Marshall graduated from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he was a member of the Thomas M. Cooley Moot Court Board and a Certified Legal Intern for the Thomas M. Cooley Debt Relief Clinic.

Marshall has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, which include: consumer debt protection, bankruptcy, employment law, property law and lemon law.

Marshall has based his practice on providing the highest quality professional services carefully designed to meet the special circumstances of each client. Marshall’s passion and focus is on representing small businesses, and individuals in their business and personal needs.

Marshall is a 4th generation Floridian, born and raised in Clewiston, Florida. Outside of the office, Marshall enjoys watching Florida Gator Football and spending time with his wife and two children.
Marshall has also served as a volunteer for the American Diabetes Association, where he raised money for charity and participated in the Step out: Walk to Stop diabetes event.

In the Tampa Bay Community

Dominick Maranzana partner at Four Rivers Law Firm attended the Q2 Tampa Bay Technology Forum.  The meeting was at the New Horizons Learning Center. This center was featured because it’s a place veterans have the opportunity to attend to give them skills to enter the workforce. They come back from overseas having served their country without the skills set to enter in the workforce. At the event a veteran spoke who has been able to successfully enter the IT industry.
